At Your Way we strive to offer a personalised, flexible service to the families we support. We understand that from time-to-time plans change, so we will not charge you for your appointment if it is cancelled or moved with at least 48 hours’ notice. With less than 48 hours’ notice, we will charge you 50% of that appointment fee. With less than 24 hours’ notice we will charge you the full fee as it would not be possible to book in another family in that time.
